Why Long-Lasting Results Are Possible Here
If pain is not improving or keeps returning, the issue is rarely time alone.
Many of our patients come to us after trying physical therapy elsewhere, still unsure if it was truly helping. In some cases, they feel worse rather than better, with little clarity on why progress stalled or symptoms increased.
When treatment lacks a clear diagnosis and direction, it can feel frustrating and confusing. You may be told to keep going, do more exercises, or give it more time, without ever fully understanding what is causing the problem or whether you are moving in the right direction.
This uncertainty is often what leads to recurring pain, setbacks, and the feeling of starting over.
That is why our approach is built around clarity from day one.
At Precision Physical Therapy, we focus on identifying the true root cause of the problem and providing a clear plan forward so you know exactly what is being treated, why it matters, and how progress will be measured. This clarity allows treatment to be more precise, recovery to be more effective, and results to last long after care ends.
The experience that I have had with Precision since the day I walked in has been mind blowing. When I first walked into Precision Physical Therapy I had no movement to my right hip at all. After one laser treatment I was able to gain ability in my right hip in motion and I could never do that before. Yes I highly recommend Precision Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone that has pain that they have not been able to get rid. I had been going through physical therapies at the University of Utah and they helped a little bit and I kept getting spinal injections they'd help a little bit and then I got referred to Precision and honestly I can say it has really had a big impact on my life and being able to do more things that I wasn't able to. Thank you guys.

I had a great experience here! I am a local dentist and I have had lower back issues for years with no relief or resolution. I tried everything from home remedies to chiropractics, but finally tried to go through Physical Therapy to see if that helped and I found this place. He did a combination of dry needling and laser therapy and my lower back pain went away almost immediately. I have been pain free for weeks and still going strong. Quality of life has changed dramatically for me. I’m grateful for the expertise and detail that went into my case. I recommend this place for anyone with chronic pain.

I found Michael , Precision’ Physical therapy online. Actually he was the recipient of my 1st search, I had been referred to 2 other physical therapy clinic’s but was told they were very busy. I didn’t want my therapy done by more than 1 therapists, I ve had extensive PT before this injury some good & some not so much. Michael works with one patient at a time, one on one. I was having balance issues & had frequent falls. 3 in one week. I was in considerable pain, shoulders & left knee & thigh. The 1st visit he dry needled, similar to acupuncture, and taped my injuries. My knee was especially painful, he needled it & then used tape above the knee on my thigh. I thought he was treating the injury on my thigh. At my next visit I reported that my knee wasn’t hurting anymore. He smiled & said “Great, that’s what I treated you for last week. I was so surprised, The pain Had gone away & I didn’t realize that was his goal. It was amazing to me that the pain was gone& I didn’t expect it. It was an unexpected blind study. He treated me for pain until it was mostly gone but also started PT for balance & strength. My balance started gradually improving, I had been using a cane to steady myself. In just a few weeks I felt stable enough to ditch the cane but was still walking very carefully. Now I’m confident enough to walk wherever I go as long as the surface is flat. I still avoid uneven surfaces like rocks & curbs but test it every once in a while & find I’m improving. The best thing is that my pain is gone and I feel more balanced & increasing the strength, especially in my legs. I’ve been so pleased with how much progress I’ve made in a fairly short time. Michael is pleasant & encourages me. I am confident that I can and will continue to improve. Something I was afraid would not be possible in my 70’s. As I said before, I have had extensive physical therapy & this is by far the best I have found. I am so grateful I followed my gut & made that call.

I've been in pain, stiff and have had migraines since a car accident 2 weeks ago. After one session of laser and dry needling, I woke up with a very manageable tiny headache and my neck is moving more than it has in weeks.
Can't wait to see how much more we can achieve in future visits.

Precision physical therapy is amazing! And I could not get the pinching between my shoulder blades to go away for weeks, even after chiropractors and yoga. Michael knew exactly what muscles to target with his workouts and different techniques, I was back to normal within a month! Thank you again, I’ve never been happier to pick up my kiddos.

I went to Precision PT after experiencing pain in my shoulder that was radiating into my head and down my arm, making it difficult to move let alone function. I tried massage and acupuncture and nothing helped. After one visit with Michael and my pain decreased significantly. By my third visit, I was pain free and by my final visit, my muscles were functioning again and my range of motion was better than ever. I can’t recommend Precision PT enough.
